Recognition of Medical Prescriptions from other Member States
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou uznávání lékařských předpisů v jiných členských státech Evropské unie než v zemi jeho vydání, a překážkami při jejich uplatňování. Vymezuje základní pojmy dle aktuální legislativy, věnuje se obchodu s léčivy na území Evropské unie, otázkám proplácení v zahraničí vydaných léčiv a v zahraničí uplatňované zdravotní péče.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with an issue of acceptance prescribed medical recipes in different member states of the European Union, others then country of the issue, and obstacles providing during their application.
