Obsahem této bakalářské práce je souhrn poznatků o vývoji mléčné žlázy až po její laktaci a následnou involuci. Laktací se označuje stav, kdy v mléčné žláze probíhá tvorba mléka. Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of mammary gland from prenatal stadium to lactation and following involution. Lactation is a developmental stadium during which secretion of milk takes place. It is important for nourishment of offsprings. Involution happens when lactation stops and mammary gland then changes its morphology to the state that was present before the pregnancy.
