Abstract:

SPILLEROVÁ, Nikol. Česká kuchyně a stravovací návyky z nutričního hlediska v období socialismu versus v současnosti. [Bakalářská práce] Vysoká škola hotelová a ekonomická s.r.o v Praze. Praha: 2022. 75 stran. Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést srovnávací analýzu kuchyně a stravovacích návyků v Česku z nutričního hlediska v období socialismu versus v současnosti s cílem zjistit, ve kterém období byly strava a návyky zdravější. Výsledek by měl následně pomoci odhalit případné překážky ve zlepšování kuchyně a stravovacích návyků v Česku a navrhnout, jak je řešit. Jedna část práce se zabývá vysvětlením obecného pojmu zdravá výživa a také prezentuje shromážděné informace o tom, jaká byla a je kuchyně a stravovací návyky v obou zkoumaných časových obdobích podle studovaných zdrojů. Analytická část je založena na informacích získaných prostřednictvím dotazníku, částečně cíleně upraveného pro každou ze dvou skupin respondentů. Podařilo se získat 157 respondentů, kteří zodpověděli otázky v části o období socialismu a 691 respondentů, kteří zodpověděli otázky v části o současné kuchyni a stravovacích návycích. Analýza výsledků ukázala přibližnou situaci v České republice v současnosti ve srovnání se situací za obdobím socialismu a odhalila potřebu zlepšení kuchyně i stravovacích návyků. Byl také objeven potenciální problém, který je potřeba řešit, aby se výživa Čechů zlepšila do budoucna. Na závěr zazněla doporučení a návrhy, jak se s tímto problémem vypořádat a zlepšit tím současnou situaci.

SPILLEROVÁ, Nikol. The Czech Cuisine and Eating Habits from the Nutritional Point of View in the Socialism versus Now. [Bachelor dissertation] Institute of Hospitality Management and Economics Ltd. in Prague. Prague: 2022. 75 pages. The aim of this thesis is to do a comparative analysis of the cuisine and eating habits in Czechia from the nutritional point of view in socialism versus in the present in order to discover what time period was healthier. Following, the result should help with uncovering any potential obstacles in the improvement of the cuisine and eating habits in Czechia and drawing suggestions on how to resolve them. One part of the thesis covers the explanation of the general concept of a healthy diet and also presents the gathered information about how the cuisine and eating habits were in both of the time periods according to the studied sources. The analytical part is based on information that was obtained through a questionnaire, adjusted for each of the two groups of respondents. It was achieved to gain 157 respondents for the part about the period of socialism and 691 respondents for the part about the present. The analysis of the results showed the approximate situation in Czechia regarding the cuisine and eating habits in the present compared to the period of socialism and uncovered the need for improvement. Moreover, a potential problem that needs to be addressed in order to improve the cuisine and diet of Czechs was discovered. Finally, recommendations and suggestions were made on how to deal with this problem and enhance the current situation.
