Abstract:
Práce se zabývá dokumentárními způsoby plateb v mezinárodním obchodě. Jejím cílem je komparace dokumentárních akreditivů a inkas dle výhodnosti pro prodávající a kupující na základě různých hledisek a ověření hypotézy, že dokumentární akreditivy jsou zpravidla výhodnější pro prodávající,zatímco dokumentární inkasa pro kupující. This thesis examines documentary terms of payment in international business. The aim of the thesis is to compare letters of credit and documentary collections on the basis of their favourableness for sellers and buyers according to different aspects and to verify the hypothesis, that letters of credit are usually more advantageous for sellers, while documentary collections are of a greater advantage …more
