Homogeneous C*-algebras
Abstract:
V práci studujeme n-homogenní C*-algebry - to jsou ty, jejichž každá ireducibilní reprezentace má dimenzi n. Nejprve uvedeme čtenáře do teorií fibrovaných prostorů a C*-algeber, následně se podrobněji zaměříme na to, jak spolu souvisí. Nakonec pomocí homotopií studujeme konkrétní příklady n-homogenních C*-algeber.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study n-homogeneous C*-algebras - the ones for which every irreducible representation is n-dimensional. First we introduce the reader to the theory of fibre bundles and C*-algebras, then we study the relationship betweeen them. Finally we use some homotopy theory to study specific examples of n-homogeneous C*-algebras.
