Diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem komplikací při odsávání z dýchacích cest u pacientů na umělé plicní ventilaci. Teoretická část práce popisuje zejména postup správného odsávání z dýchacích cest otevřeným i uzavřeným způsobem, zaobírá se komplikacemi vyvolanými odsáváním a s tím související monitorace vitálních a ventilačních parametrů. The thesis deals with the occurrence of complications during the airways suctioning in patients on artificial ventilation. The theoretical part describes the correct clinical practice in suctioning from the airways by open and closed mode, and deals with complications caused by suctioning and related vital signs and ventilation parametres monitoring.
