Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací zásob pro výrobu náhradních dílů v konkrétní výrobní společnosti. Úlohou teoretické části je shrnutí dostupných poznatků v oblasti zásob, jejich řízení, skladování a problematiky náhradních dílů.
