Predmetom bakalárskej práce je pomocou metód procesnej analýzy navrhnúť zlepšenie vybraného podnikového procesu a posúdiť efektívnosť navrhovanej zmeny. Teoretická časť sa venuje základným pojmom, procesnému riadeniu, modelovaniu a zlepšovaniu procesov a oblasti personálnych informačných systémov.
