The Recognization from Criminalistics and Criminal Process Law Point of View
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce nazvaná "Rekognice z pohledu kriminalistického a trestně procesního" pojednává hlavně o rekognici, jejím provedení, právními a kriminalistickými aspekty v českém trestním právu. Práce také popisuje právní podmínky provádění a použití důkazů a některých zvláštních druhů dokazování.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis called “The Recognization from Criminalistics and Criminal Process Law Point of View” analyses mainly the act of recognization, its execution, legal and criminalistics aspects in Czech Criminal law. Also, the work describes the legal aspects of evidence and some special ways of argumentation.
