Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo najít vhodné podmínky pro expresi a purifikaci fragmentů proteinu Rad52. Protein Rad52 je velmi významným mediátorem homologní rekombinace (HR). Tento proces zajišťuje bezchybnou opravu dvouřetězcových zlomů DNA. HR proto hraje zásadní roli při udržení stability genomu u prokaryotických i eukaryotických organismů. Abstract:
The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to find the ideal conditions for expression and pufirication of Rad52 functional domains. Rad52 is one of the most important recombination mediators in homologous recombinations reaction (HR). This process ensures error-fee repair of DNA double-stranded breaks.
