Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se zabývám tématem cross sellu v bankovnictví. Zaměřuji se na vysvětlení pojmů u oblasti bankovních obchodů a cross sellového prodeje. Práce popisuje cross sellové produkty a jejich vzájemné vazby. Práce je zaměřena hlavně na vysvětlení propojení prodeje cross sellových produktů s hrubými výnosy jednotlivých produktů.
