Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Pro přehlednost je strukturovaná do kapitol. Teoretická část má tři kapitoly. První kapitola nás seznámí se základními údaji, s historií Policie České republiky, s druhy dopravních nehod a jejich příčinami a také s přestupky, které nám hrozí za způsobení dopravní nehody. Ve druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřila na prevenci a preventivní programy, které přispívají ke snížení nehodovosti v silničním provozu. Třetí kapitola se zabývá statistikou dopravní nehodovosti. V té se dozvíme, zda nehodovost roste či klesá v letech, porovnání nehodovosti v krajích, nejčastější příčiny dopravních nehod apod. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění, zda jsou žáci základních škol připraveni být součástí silničního provozu a zda řidiči motorových vozidel dodržují dopravní předpisy. To bylo zjištěno pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření, kdy bylo osloveno 50 žáků základní školy a 60 řidičů motorových vozidel. Závěr bakalářské práce obsahuje ucelené zhodnocení výsledků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is split up into two parts, theoretical and practical. To ensure clarity, it is structured into chapters. The theoretical part has three chapters. The first chapter introduces primary data, the history of the Police in Czech republic, different types of traffic accidents and their causes as well as the punishment, which we can obtain for causing a traffic accident. In the second chapter, I focused on prevention and prevention programs, which contribute to reduction of traffic accidents. Last but not least, the third chapter deal with the statistics of traffic accidents. In this chapter, we will find out whether the traffic accident rate is rising or falling in the past years, the comparison of accident rates in different regions as well as the most common causes of traffic accidents and more. The aim of the practical part is to determine whether primary school students are ready to be part of the traffic and whether drivers follow the traffic regulations. The data was gathered using an anonymous questionnaire in which I asked 50 primary school students and 60 drivers. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the results gathered through the questionnaire.
