Evaluation system of employee in selected organizations of the banking sector in Slovakia

Abstract:

The aim of the graduation thesis is based on the theoretical results of research and analysis on the basis of the evaluation system in the chosen organization of the banking sector to assess the use of the system and possibilities for their improvement. This thesis consists of three chapters and the theoretical, analytical and design. The theoretical part contains more subheads are included in her knowledge of human capital, through the concept of human resource management to the staff assessment. She is the definition of what a staff assessment, what are the forms, methods, criteria and procedures for evaluation to the errors that arise in the evaluation. The second chapter contains an analysis of the actual evaluation staff selected bank, analyze basic information about the bank and the employee evaluation system. The third chapter is a synthesis of the data and suggestions for improvement. Therein described advantages and disadvantages and possibilities for improving the established evaluation system. In the thesis, we used the methods of scientific work such as analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, SWOT analysis and interrogative method.

Abstract:

Cieľom diplomovej práce je na základe teoretických východísk skúmanej problematiky a na základe analýzy systému hodnotenia zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii bankového sektora zhodnotiť využívanie daného systému a navrhnúť možnosti jeho zlepšenia. Diplomová práca sa skladá z troch hlavných kapitol a to z teoretickej, analytickej a návrhovej. Teoretická časť obsahuje viac podkapitol, sú v nej zahrnuté poznatky od ľudského kapitálu , cez pojem riadenie ľudských zdrojov až po hodnotenie zamestnancov. Venuje sa definovaniu, čo je to hodnotenie zamestnancov, aké sú formy, metódy, kritéria a postup pri hodnotení až po chyby, ktoré pri hodnotení vznikajú. Druhá kapitola obsahuje samotnú analýzu hodnotenia zamestnancov vo vybranej banke , analyzuje základne informácie o banke a systéme hodnotenia zamestnancov. Tretia kapitola predstavuje syntézu získaných údajov a návrhy na zlepšenie. Sú v nej popísané výhody a nevýhody a možnosti na zlepšenie zavedeného systému hodnotenia. V diplomovej práci sú použité metódy vedeckej práce ako analýza, syntéza, dedukcia, komparácia, SWOT analýza a opytovacia metóda.
