Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on studying of the distribution of platinum, iron, copper and zinc in livers and kidneys of mice treated by different types of cytostatics (oxali-, karbo-, cis-Pt). The method of Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry is used for the analysis.
