Abstract:
Práce je věnována hlavnímu histokompatibilnímu komplexu člověka a jeho metodám pro typizaci. V úvodu práce je stručně popsána charakteristika HLA systému, jeho úloha v organismu a rozdělení HLA antigenů do jednotlivých tříd. The work is devoted to the main histocompatible human complex and its methods for typing. The introduction briefly describes the characteristics of the HLA system, its role in the body and the division of HLA antigens into individual classes.
