Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Boraseti s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, s kterými se následně pracuje v praktické části. This thesis deals with the strategic analysis of Boraseti s. r. o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the basic concepts are described, which are then worked with in the practical part.
