Abstract:
Účel této diplomové práca je analýza stávajících procesů ve středně velkém podniku s technickým zaměřením. Práce také obsahuje část věnující se nástrojům a faktorům které v daném podniku podporují, případně znemožňují přenos znalostí mezi zaměstnanci v konkrétním oddělení. The diploma thesis aims to analyze the current state of knowledge management processes in a medium-sized technological company. The thesis also includes focusing on the tools used for knowledge management while exploring enablers and barriers affecting knowledge management in an analyzed department.
