The Protection of Intellectual Property within the World Trade Organization and Disputes over Patent Protection of Pharmaceutical Products
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce zkoumá nastavení práva duševního vlastnictví v rámci WTO, a dále průběh sporů ohledně patentové ochrany farmaceutických výrobků, které z tohoto nastavení vyplynuly. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je správný všeobecně převažující názor, že konfliktní linii tohoto sporu tvořily převážně rozvinuté a rozvojové státy, a zda aktéři v rámci tohoto rozdělení vystupovali jednotně.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with the setting of intellectual property rights in the WTO, and the course of litigation regarding patent protection of pharmaceutical products that resulted from this setting.
