Risk management within strategic management - specifically in municipalities
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce řeší řízení rizik, a to konkrétně na obcích. Cílem práce je najít město, zjistit a ohodnotit rizika, která mu mohou hrozit. Teoretická část se skládá z vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů, které s riziky jsou spojené. Následuje praktická část, která obsahuje výzkum formou „desk research“, představení vybraného města a následně případovou studii s výslednou analýzou rizik daného města.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on risk management, especially in villages. The aim of this work is to find a town, to identify and evaluate the risks which might occur there.
