Status of Authorized Supervisor in the Context of Construction Proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat postavení autorizovaného inspektora v postupech dle stavebního zákona a upozornit tak na mezerovitou právní úpravu jeho činnosti a navrhnout dílčí řešení, která by dopomohla k přiblížení se účelu jeho konstituování.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyze the status of an authorized inspector in the proceeding under the Building Act and point out shortcomings in the legislation, which were not dealt with successfully by the Czech legislature, and propose a partial solution.
