Abstract:

V rychle se měnícím tržním prostředí, které se díky globalizaci vyvijí rapidním tempem, společnost může jít od uspěchu k insolvenci v ramci několika let, někdy i čtvrtletí. Cílem této práce je triangulace nálezů z kvalitativních i kvantitativních dat, aby bylo možné předpovědět, že společnost směřuje ke krizi. Tato práce také vysvětlí, jak lze řešit indentifikované problemoví oblasti. Závěrem, s přihlednutim k poznatkům z předchozích částí, tato prace urči, zda jde vytvořit jednotný postup, který by identifikoval a zabránil finanční krizi ve společnostech.

Abstract:

In a fast-changing market environment, that speeds-up even more due to globalization, a company can go from successful to bankrupt in a matter of years, sometimes even quarters. The goal of this work, is through triangulation of findings from both qualitative and quantitative data, to state if it possible to predict that the company is heading for a crisis. This work will also explain how can we treat the red flags if they are identified. In conclusion, while building on the findings from the previous sections, this work will conclude if there is a possibility of a unified methodology that would identify and prevent a financial crisis in companies.
