Delay of the Debtor and its Consequences
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem mé práce je poskytnout ucelený pohledu na právní úpravu institutu prodlení dlužníka v občanském zákoníku a dále pak, právní následky spojené s prodlením. V první části je obecně popsán pojem prodlení. Druhá část je podrobněji věnována právním následkům a v závěru práce jsem popsala možné řešení následku prodlení. Celá práce vychází ze současné právní úpravy občanského zákoníku.
Abstract:
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the legal regulation of debtor's default in the Civil Code and associated legal consequences. The first part describes theoretical basis of default. The second part deals with legal consequences in detail. Third part describes possible solutions of default consequences.
