Práce se zabývá závaznými stanovisky, která vydávají orgány státní památkové péče. V první části vymezím základní pojmy a postavení orgánů státní správy a specializovaných organizací, které působí na úseku památkové péče, přičemž poukážu na možné zlepšení výkonu jejich práce.
