Abstract:

V první části této práce je úvodním textem stručně představen obsah a cíle této práce. Druhá část se krátce zabývá a představuje pojem jako úvěrové produkty bank, představuje dva z hlavních aktérů na trhu hypotečních úvěrů Českou spořitelnu a Hypoteční banku. Třetí část se zabývá termíny úrok, úroková míra a typy úrokových sazeb. Čtvrtá část se věnuje hrubému domácímu produktu, stavební výrobě a nové bytové výstavbě. Vše je dokumentováno statistickými údaji v podobě tabulek a grafů. Pátá část, jako pracovní část hledá odpovědi na stanovené hypotézy, zabývá se jejich dokazováním, potvrzováním, ale také vyvracením. V závěrečné části je uvedeno krátké shrnutí o obsahu a o naplnění účelu a cílů práce

Abstract:

In the first part there is introduction of the object and the goals of the thesis. The sekond part is shortly aimed at koncept of bank credit products and introduces two of the main articipants at the market of mortgage loans – Česká spořitelna and Hypoteční banka. The third part is concerned in interests, an interest rate and tyes of interests rates. The forth part is engaged in gross domestic product, building industries and new housing construction. Everything is proved by statistical data in tables and graphs. The fifth part, the practical part, searches for answers to hypothesis defined, proves them, confirms them and also contradicts them. In the last part there is a short resume of the object and fulfillment of the purpose and goals of the thesis
