Analysis of Quality Management in the Manufacturing Company Esko Brno s.r.o

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou řízení kvality se zaměřením na odhalení příčin zmetkovitosti ve společnosti Esko Brno s.r.o. Firma vyrábí řezací stoly značky Kongsberg, které vyváží do celého světa. Proto je kladen důraz na vysokou kvalitu vyrobeného stroje. Teoretická část je zaměřena na danou problematiku spojenou s řízením kvality a zmetkovi-tosti. V praktické části je stručně popsána společnost a její výrobní portfolio. Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikace neshodných dílů či zmetků, které jsou poškozeny dodavatelem nebo při montáži a výrobě stroje. Data byla zpracována pomocí kvalitativních metod a ná-strojů, především pomocí Paretovy analýzy a vývojových diagramů. V závěru práce jsou navrženy doporučení a způsoby, které umožňují zredukovat počet neshodných dílů a tím i snížení nákladů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality management analysis focusing on the detection of causes of scrap in Esko Brno s.r.o. This company manufactures Kongsberg cutting tables which are exported to the whole world. Therefore it is put emphasis on high quality of the produced machine. The theoretical part is focused on the issue related to the quality ma-nagement and scrap. The practical part briefly introduces the company and its manufacture portfolio. The main aim of this work is the identification of non-conforming parts or scrap which are damaged by the contractor or during the assembling and production of the ma-chine. For processing data wereused qualitative methods and tools, especially using the Pareto's analysis and the flowcharts. At the end of the thesis there are recommendations and methods suggested which make it possible to reduce the number of non-conforming parts and thereby reduces costs.
