Limitations after heart transplantation

Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se věnuje omezením neboli limity po transplantaci srdce. Je členěna do dvou částí. Teoretická část se pro komplexnější pochopení srdečních transplantací zabývá historií transplantace srdce, legislativou a některými etickými otázkami tohoto tématu. Další kapitoly představují náhled na problematiku před provedením srdeční transplantace (indikace a kontraindikace srdeční transplantace, tzv. „mosty“ k srdeční transplantaci a s tím spojené mechanické srdeční podpory a péče o tyto pacienty). Dále následuje sled činností zaměřených na vlastní provedení srdeční transplantace (koordinační středisko, waiting list a malá zmínka přímo o transplantaci srdce). Největší část teorie je zaměřena právě na život po srdeční transplantaci (péče o nemocné po srdeční transplantaci, dodržování režimových opatřeních, kvalita života a vznik možných komplikacích). Praktická část práce předkládá výsledky získané z výzkumu provedeného za účelem zjištění vnímání kvality života a dodržování režimových opatřeních. Výzkum byl zaměřen nejen na české respondenty, ale také na respondenty zahraniční. Výzkumu se účastnili respondenti z České republiky, Německa, Velké Británie a Nového Zélandu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with restrictions or limits of patients after heart transplant. The thesis is divided into two parts. For complex understanding of heart transplant deals the theoretical part with history of heart transplant, legislation and some of the ethical issues of this topic. Next chapters represent an overview of problems arising before heart transplant (indication and contraindication of heart transplant, so called “bridges” to heart transplant and mechanical heart supports and care about these patients). Then activities focused on heart transplant performance itself follow (coordinative center, waiting list and passing reference of heart transplant). The most detailed section of the theoretical part concerns with life after heart transplant (care about patients after heart transplant, abidance of do they follow regime measures quality of life and birth of possible complications). The practical part presents results of the survey which was made to ascertain a viewing of quality of life and abidance of do they follow regime measures?The survey was not only focused on Czech respondents but on respondents from foreign countries too. Respondents from Czech republic, Germany, Great Britain and New Zealand participated in survey.
