Anotace Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zmapovat činnost mužských/mužáckých sborů na území jižní Moravy. Působení těchto pěveckých těles je dosud na periferii cílevědomého muzikologického bádání. Nabízí se možnost vědeckého zhodnocení jejich aktivit a významu v historických souvislostech,okolnostech a objasnění skutečností, které vedou tyto muže právě k této volnočasové aktivitě.
