Předkládaná diplomová práce: Pivovarnictví v okrese Ústí nad Orlicí, se zabývá zmapováním pivovaru v Hylvátech v Ústí nad Orlicí a pivovarem v České Třebové od počátku 20. století přibližně do začátku druhé světové války. Práce se především zabývá výrazným naturelem majitelů pivovarů. Dále sleduje vedlejší činnost obou představitelů a výstav pivovarů v dobovém kontextu. Práce se také dotýká dějin pivovarnictví …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis The brewing industry of Ústí nad Orlicí region deals with history of brewery in Hylváty in Ústí nad Orlicí and the one in Česká Třebová. It is mainly focused on the period from the beginning of the 1920s until the Second World War. The important theme of the thesis is also very specific nature of the brewery's owners itself.
