Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice označování potravin. V teoretické části je rozebraná příslušná legislativa k této problematice. Jsou v ní zmíněná výživová a zdravotní tvrzení a příklady, kdy a jak se mohou na obalech potravin objevit. Dále jsou rozebrány a názorně ukázány značky kvality potravin. Je zde i zmínka o v poslední době řešeném Nutri-Score potravin. Praktická část se věnuje dvěma dotazníkům, které mají zjistit povědomí veřejnosti a studentů potravinářských a nepotravinářských oborů o označování obalů. Druhá část praktické části se věnuje zhodnocení označování obalů na českém trhu, jaké chyby se objevují a jak jsou časté

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of food labelling. Firstly, the theoretical part discusses the relevant legislation on this issue. It mentions nutrition and health claims, then shows examples of when and how they can appear on food packaging. Furthermore, food quality labels are explained and illustrated. The theoretical part ends with the mention of the recently addressed Nutri-Score of food. The practical part is firstly devoted to two questionnaires designed to gauge the awareness, of the public and students, of food and non-food labelling. The other half of the practical part is focused on the evaluation of package labelling in the Czech market, what errors occur and how common they are.
