Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem tradičních pokrmů a jejich zasazení do podmínek vybraného regionu. Primárním cílem práce je identifikace tradičních pokrmů Plzeňska, včetně kulturních, přírodních a dalších podmínek podílejících se na vzniku a formování těchto pokrmů. The dissertation deals with the topic of traditional dishes and their situating in the conditions of the selected region. The primary goal of the paper is the identification of the traditional dishes of Pilsen region including cultural, natural and other conditions participating in the origin and formation of these dishes.
