The position of women in science and research
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou postavení žen ve vědě a výzkumu. V práci je nejprve uvedena základní charakteristika daného tématu. Následuje analýza ekonomických subjektů v oblasti výzkumu a vývoje. Druhá polovina práce je zaměřena na situaci po mateřské dovolené. Práce je zakončena problematikou skloubení pozice matky a vědkyně.

The work deals with the issue of the status of women in science and research. In the work's first listed the basic characteristics of the topic. The following is the analysis of economic entities in the field of research and development. The second half of the work is focused on the situation after maternity leave.
