Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována přehledu historie, základním informacím, výskytu, léčbě a diagnostice chronické myeloidní leukémii. Toto onemocnění bylo poprvé pojmenováno v 19. století, kdy také byla zjištěna první účinná látka arsen. Nejúčinnější léčbou je transplantace kostní dřeně. The bachelor thesis is dedicated to history overview, basic informations, occurance, therapy and diagnostics of chronic myelogenous leukemia. This disease was first named in the 19th century, when was also discovered the first drug arsenic. The most effective treatment is bone marrow transplantation.
