Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním podnikatelského plánu pro založení nového výrobního podniku v oboru chladírenství. Hlavní činností podniku je výroba velkoobjemových chladících boxů. Práce začíná přehledem odborné literatury a vědeckých článků vztahujících se k daným tématům. Následně je zpracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán se všemi doporučenými náležitostmi. Součástí záměru je analýza vnějšího okolí společnosti, sestavení marketingového plánu a hodnocení rizik. Dále se práce zabývá zpracováním tříletého finančního plánu v pesimistické, realistické a optimistické variantě. Následně byl finanční plán podroben poměrové finanční analýze a byl proveden odhad ukazatele ekonomické přidané hodnoty.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new production company in the field of refrigeration. The main activity of the company is the production of large-volume cooling boxes. The thesis begins with an overview of expertise literature and scientific articles related to the relevant topics. Subsequently, a specific business plan with all the recommended essentials is prepared. The business plan includes analysis of the external environment of the company, compilation of a marketing plan and risk assessment. Furthermore, the work deals with the elaboration of a three-year financial plan in a pessimistic, realistic and optimistic variant. Subsequently, the financial plan was subjected to a financial analysis and an estimate of economic value added was performed.
