Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Vliv psychoprofylaktické přípravy na délku první doby porodní. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsme se nejprve zabývali historií předporodní přípravy jak v zahraničí, tak v České republice, dále pak současní podobou předporodní přípravy a edukací před porodem, významem a jejími cíli. Zahrnuli jsme i důležitost předporodních kurzů, správné životosprávy a pohybové aktivity těhotných jako podstatnou součást přípravy na porod, protože psychoprofylaxe je zásadní částí života těhotné ženy. V druhé části teoretické části jsme se zaměřili na popis psychologie porodu a na fyziologický průběh první doby porodní, na porodní bolest a její zvládání. V praktické části jsme zpracovali rozhovor se třemi porodními asistentkami, které se s námi podělili o jejich zkušenosti a postřehy z praxe ohledně žen, které se během těhotenství připravovali po psychické i fyzické stránce na porod. Zpracovali jsme jejich poznatky pro pochopení nutnosti psychoprofylaxe před porodem. Výstupem z práce je informační leták, který sumarizuje všechny potřebné informace o předporodním období ženy s cílem lepšího zvládnutí první doby porodní u fyziologického porodu. Leták je určen těhotným ženám, které se zajímají o správný životní styl, těhotenské cvičení i psychologickou přípravu před porodem.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the effects of psychoprophylactic preparation on the length of the first stage of labor. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we first dealt with the history of antenatal care both abroad and in the Czech Republic, then the current form of antenatal care and education before childbirth, the importance and its goals. We also included the importance of antenatal classes, proper lifestyle and physical activity of pregnant women as an essential part of preparation for childbirth, because psychoprophylactic preparation is an essential part of a pregnant woman's life. In the second part of the theoretical part, we focused on the description of childbirth psychology and the physiological course of the first period of labor, labor pain and its management. In the practical part, we conducted an interview with three midwives, who shared with us their experiences and observations from practice about women who prepared during pregnancy mentally and physically for childbirth. We processed their findings to understand the need for psychoprophylactic preparation before delivery. The output of the work is an information leaflet, which summarizes all the necessary information about the prenatal period of a woman in order to better manage the first period of labor in physiological childbirth. The leaflet is intended for pregnant women who are interested in a proper lifestyle, pregnancy exercises and psychological preparation before childbirth.
