Disertační práce se zabývá interakcemi epitelových a mezenchymálních tkání během vývoje zubu, včetně kořenového systému. Zaměřuje se na význam genu SATB2 při odontogenezi a modelování tkání kraniofaciální oblasti. Abstract:
The Ph.D. thesis is focused on the interactions of epithelial and mesenchymal tissues during tooth development, including the root system. It aims to determinate the im-portance of the SATB2 gene in odontogenesis and patterning of the craniofacial regi-on.
