Nádorová kmenová buňka je nový koncept, který umožňuje vysvětlit, proč některé typy nádorů úspěšně odolávají terapiím zaměřených na zablokování proliferace. Poznání mechanismů, které regulují nádorovou kmenovou buňku, je klíčové pro úspěšnou terapii nádorů. Abstract:
The cancer stem cell model is a new concept, which explains why some types of tumors succesfully resist therapies aimed at blocking cell proliferation. Understanding the mechanisms that regulate cancer stem cells is key to successful cancer therapy.
