Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza potřebnosti probačních programů. Práce se zabývá trestnou činností dětí a mladistvých. Věnuje se rovněž podmínkám vzniku a rozvoje dětské delikvence a jejímu následnému řešení. Rovněž je zde snaha o přiblížení ukládání typů sankcí mladistvým pachatelům, mezi něž patří i probační programy. Jedním z hlavních cílů bylo zjištění míry recidivity ve vztahu k absolvovanému probačnímu programu mladistvým pachatelem. Jako hlavní výzkumná otázka byla stanovena: Jaká je efektivita probačních programů pro mládež z pohledu kriminální recidivy mladistvých pachatelů? Výsledky vybraného vzorku jsou porovnány s analýzou prováděnou v celorepublikovém měřítku, pomocí nichž je formulován závěr a návrhy a doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity probačních programů.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the need for probation programs. The work deals with the criminal activities of children and adolescents. He is also the conditions of formation and development of child delinquency and its subsequent solution. There is also an effort to approach saving and types of penalties on juvenile offenders , including the probation . One of the main goals was to determine the level of re-offending in relation to the juvenile probation absolvovanému offender. As the main research question was defined : What is the effectiveness of probation programs for youth in terms of criminal recidivism of juvenile offenders? Sample results are compared with the analysis carried out in a nationwide scale, which is formulated by finding and recommendations and proposals to increase the effectiveness of probation programs.
