Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku spolupráce obcí v České republice. V první části práce jsou zkoumány formy, pomocí nichž mohou obce v ČR spolupracovat, důvody a motivace, které je vedou k založení spolupráce a legislativní opatření. Druhá část práce se zabývá vybraným vzorkem obcí, v rámci něhož jsou pomocí dotazníkové metody zkoumány důvody ke spolupracování s ostatními obcemi a nejčastější …more

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the problematics of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis studies forms in which the municipalities can co-operate, legal measures, reasons and motivation that lead them towards the formation of collaboration.
