Abstract:

Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou anatomiii a fyziologii jater, dvě zobrazovací metody, ultrazvuk a CT a jejich fyzikální principDalší část je věnována patomorfologickým změnám jater z hlediska zobrazovacích metod. V závěru teoretické části je popsána patogeneze portální hypertenze a její diagnostika. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní studii, která se zabývá diagnostikou portální hypertenze při onemocnění jater. Je zde popsán způsob měření šíře v portae a další nepřímé známky portální hypertenze. Tyto údale umožňují diagnostiku tohoto syntromu zobrazovacími metodami při jaterních chorobách. Cíl této práce je ověřit shodu nepřímých známek portální hypertenze diagnostikované při CT a USG.

Abstract:

The theoretical part is focused on general anatomy and physiology of liver and two imaging methods ? ultrasound and CT and their physical principle. The next part is dedicated to pathomorfological liver changes from the imaging methods point of view. The final section of the theoretical part describes pathogenesis of a portal hypertension and it´s dagnostics. The practical part concentrates on the very study, dealing with portal hypertension diagnostics during liver disease. It describes the method of portae range mesaurment and other indirect symptoms of portal hypertension. These data render the diagnostics of this syndrome within the imaging methods durig liver disease possible. The aim of this thesis is to verify the accordance of indirect symptoms of portal hypertension diagnosed with CT and USG.
