INCOTERMS - Analysis of the contract

Abstract:

V této práci se seznámíme s kupní smlouvou a jejími náležitostmi. Pokusíme se odpovědět, kde a za jakých podmínek je třeba použit jednotlivé druhy smluv. Pohovoříme o jednotlivých bodech kupní smlouvy, za jakým účelem existují a co v sobě zahrnují. Seznámíme se se způsoby pojištění proti rizikům, které jsou spojené s mezinárodním obchodem. Nastudujeme mezinárodní dohody, na základě kterých se uskutečňuje mezinárodní obchod. Až na závěr této práce se podíváme na skutečný příklad kupní smlouvy, uvidíme, jak jednotlivé body, nástroje aplikuje v praxi.

Abstract:

In this work, we will try to acquaint with the contract and its particulars. We will attempt to answer where and under what conditions it is necessary to use different types of contracts. Here will be discussed the different points of the contract, for which purpose there are and what they entail. We will become acquainted with the ways of insurance against risks that are associated with international trade. And we will read up international agreement, under which international trade is conducted. In the end of this work we look at the actual example of the contract, we'll see how the individual items, tools applied in practice.
