Developmental dysphasia during preschool age.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce zkoumá účinnost terénní služby logopedického preventisty při podpoře dětí s vývojovou dysfázií. Studie zkoumá vliv této služby na komunikační dovednosti dětí a jejich celkový rozvoj. Zaměřuje se na klíčové faktory úspěšnosti terapeutické intervence, jako je individuální přístup, motivace, integrace her a aktivit, komunikace s rodiči a spolupráce s klinickým logopedem. Důraz je kladen na potřebu komplexního přístupu, který spojuje odbornou intervenci, podporu rodiny a multidisciplinární tým při diagnostice a přístupu k léčbě. Studie se opírá o kvalitativní přístup, který zahrnuje případovou studii a další analytické metody. Výsledky naznačují, že terénní služba logopedického preventisty má vynikající potenciál vést k lepšímu zvládání komunikačních obtíží u dětí s vývojovou dysfázií, čímž zlepšuje jejich kvalitu života a rodinné prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis examines the effectiveness of a speech and language therapy assistant outreach service in supporting children with developmental dysphasia. It analyses the impact of this service on children's communication skills and their overall development, examining important factors in the success of therapeutic intervention such as individual approach, motivation, integration of games and activities, communication with parents and coordination with the clinical speech therapist. Emphasis is also placed on the need for a comprehensive approach combining professional intervention, family support, and a multidisciplinary team in diagnosis and approach. The research uses a qualitative approach through case study and other methods of analysis. The results suggest that the outreach service of a speech and language therapist assistant produces excellent outcomes in the home setting and has the potential to lead to better management of communication difficulties in children with developmental dysphasia, thereby improving their quality of life and family environment.
