Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zajišťovacího převodu práva jakožto jednoho ze způsobů zajištění závazků. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the securement of performance by assignment of a right as one of the security instruments. The purpose of the securement of performance by assignment of a right is the contractual and temporary transfer of the debtor's right to the creditor in order to secure the creditor's debt to the debtor during the existence of the claim.
