Certain Issues About the Dury to Inform that Arese for Issuers of Registered Securities and for Other Entities on the Capital Market
Abstract:
Prace pojednava zejmena o informacnich povinnostech emitentu kotovanych cennych papiru, a to i s ohledem na odpovednost za poruseni techto povinnosti. Krome povinnosti emitentu se pak zabyva take informacnimi povinnostmi dalsich subjektu kapitaloveho trhu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses especially on the duty to inform which arises for issuers of listed securities while taking into account the liability ensuing from breach of such duties. Apart from the duties of issuers, this thesis also elaborates on duties to inform arising for other entities on the capital market.
