Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení institutů opravných prostředků ve správním řízení s poukazem na rozsáhlou judikaturu zejména správních soudů, které vyzdvihují neúplnou právní úpravu a aplikaci těchto institutů v právní praxi.
