Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností lidí nad 50 let v Moravskoslezském kraji. V teoretické části analyzuje nezaměstnanost v Moravskoslezském kraji za období 2015 – 2019. Také srovnává překážky účastníků o zaměstnání z hlediska genderu. V praktické části diplomové práce bude použit kvalitativní výzkum pomocí rozhovoru.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with unemployment of people who are over 50 in Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part analysis unemployment in Moravian-Silesian Region for 2015 – 2019 period. It also compares jobseekers obstacles out of gender aspect. The practical part of the thesis will use qualitative research with the help of interview.
