Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice přeměn obchodních společností v České republice. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza údajů o přeměnách realizovaných v ČR v roce 2016 na vybraném vzorku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.
