Rehabilitation Nursing in a Patient after Stroke

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je srovnání jednotlivého rehabilitačního ošetřování pacientů po prodělané cévní mozkové příhodě. V první polovině teoretické části krátce definuji ana-tomii mozku, charakteristiku, rozdělení a léčbu cévní mozkové příhody. Druhá polovina je věnována definici rehabilitace obecně a následně rehabilitačnímu ošetřování. Praktická část je tvořena čtyřmi odlišnými kazuistikami. Závěr této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení reha-bilitačního ošetřování u každé kazuistiky a tvorba možného vzorce v postupování.

Abstract:

The subject of bachelor thesis is a comparison of individual rehabilitation treatment of pa-tients after stroke. In the first half of the theoretical part I briefly define the anatomy of the brain, characteristics, distribution and treatment of stroke. The second half is devoted to a definition of rehabilitation in general and to rehabilitation treatment. The practical part consists of four different case reports in which rehabilitation treatment was provided, which contributed to the overall patient care. The conclusion of this thesis is the evaluation of rehabilitation treatment for each case report and the creation of a possible formula in progress.
