Production Process Improvement at SPUR a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh zlepšení výrobního postupu ve firmě SPUR. Cílem této práce je analyzovat zjištěné informace o postupu a poté navrhnou zlepšení tohoto postupu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši z literatury, která je zaměřená na průmyslové inženýrství. Následné informace jsou poté použity v praktické části. Praktická část se skládá nejprve z popisu společnosti, ve které je práce zpracována. Následně je zde popsáno něco o produktu, o kterém je tato práce, jeho vstupní materiály, které jsou použity a následně celý výrobní postupu tohoto produktu od začátku až po konec výrobního postupu. Z tohoto postupu jsou poté vyhodnoceny zjištěné informace. Následně z těchto informací jsou navrhnuty návrhy na zlepšení výrobního postupu pomocí vybraných metod, které byly zmíněny v teoretické části. Na závěr praktické části jsou doporučeny na zlepšení vybraného postupu.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the proposal to improve the production process in the company SPUR. The aim of this work is to analyse the information found about the procedure and then proposed an improvement of this procedure. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains literature research focused on industrial engineering. The subsequent information is the used in the practical part. The practical part consists first of a description of the company in which is this work processed. Subsequently, something is described here about the product that this work is about, its input materials that are used and then the entire production process of this product from the beginning to the end of the production process. The information obtained from this procedure is then evaluated. Subsequently, from this information, proposals are made to improve the production process using selected methods that were mentioned in the theoretical part. At the end, the practical part is recommended for improving the selected procedure.
