Specifics of teaching ZSV in classes with pupils of different gender identities and a new role of the teacher in the field of education

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá pojetím problematiky genderové rozdílnosti žáků (LGBT) v oblasti vyučovacího předmětu Základy společenských věd (ZSV). V rámci kvantitativního šetření byl použit anonymní dotazník o 16 ti otázkách pro žáky čtyřletých gymnázií ve Zlínském a Moravskoslezském kraji. Otázky se vztahují k tématice LGBT a jeho zastoupení ve výuce ZSV, homofobie a osobního přístupu k genderovým otázkám v obecné i osobní rovině. V rámci předvýzkumu jsme využili kvalitativní metody, kdy byl využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor s učiteli ZSV příslušných gymnázií, jehož cílem bylo zjistit pohled z učitelské perspektivy v uchopení koncepce výuky vzhledem k měnící se povaze žákovských kolektivů. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, zda a jakým způsobem jsou genderová témata LGBT zakomponována do výuky ZSV, jaké jsou názory a postoje žáků na LGBT tématiku a zdali by se těmto tématům chtěli věnovat více či nikoli a zdali jsou tímto kladeny na učitele jisté nároky v aktualizaci pedagogických kompetencí.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the concept of gender diversity of students (LGBT) in the subject of Social Sciences (ZSV). An anonymous questionnaire on 16 questions for pupils of four-year grammar schools in the Zlín and Moravian-Silesian regions was used in the quantitative survey. The questions relate to the topic of LGBT and its representation in the teaching of ZSV, homophobia and personal approach to gender issues in general and personal way. As part of the preliminary research, we used a qualitative method, which used a semi-structured interview with teachers of ZSV relevant grammar schools, which aimed to find a perspective from the teacher's perspective in understanding the concept of teaching due to the changing nature of students. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether and how LGBT gender topics are incorporated into the teaching of ZSV, what are the opinions and attitudes of students on LGBT topics and whether they would like to address these topics more or not and whether certain demands are placed on teachers pedagogical competences.
