Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podvodů s platebními kartami. V první části se zabývám historií bankomatů a platebních systémů. Druhá část popisuje právní úpravu v České republice včetně příslušných zákonů. Třetí část popisuje bezpečnost platebních karet, prevenci z pohledu bank i samotných držitelů platebních karet. This thesis deals with the issues of credit cards fraud. The first part is aimed on history of ATMs and payment systems. The second part describes the legislation of the Czech Republic, including relevant laws in terms of payment systems.
